Salon Policy

Deposit policy for hair extensions:

Dear clients, due to the long hours of extension services a deposit of $100 for tape in extensions and $200 for k-tip extensions is required to reserve appointments. This deposit will be held and used toward your hair extension service on the day of your appointment. As a courtesy to our guests and team members, we ask that any cancellations and rescheduling be done 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to receive a full deposit refund. It will also give our stylists the opportunity to book someone else in that timeframe.

 

*Please note: No-shows and cancellations without a 48-hour notice will cause you to lose your full deposit amount and you will need to leave a new deposit to schedule a new appointment. If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please call the salon to cancel or reschedule for another date. Thank you for your understanding.

Confirming your appointment: 

When you receive your text reminder you are required to reply “Y” to confirm.  However, if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, we ask that you call the salon to cancel or reschedule for another date. Replying X or texting back will not cancel your appointment.

Refund policy for all salon and hair services:

Unfortunately we do not issue refunds on salon services. However, we strive to give our clients the best customer service possible. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we will make every effort to ensure we fix the situation. Should you have any questions or concerns, please contact the salon as soon as you can so we may address these concerns. We will gladly make any minor adjustments at no cost to you within 7 days of the original service. After 7 days you might be asked to pay for the required hair services that need to be done. Please note, these adjustments do not include going from one hair color, haircut, etc. to a completely different look.

Refund policy for salon retail products: 

Evelina Beauty Salon strives to choose the best products to help you maintain your hairs health and style. If you find you are unhappy with a product purchase, please return it within 14 days from date of sale and we will be happy to offer an exchange or return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you purchased it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We do not accept back any hair care products or any other products that were final sale or discounted. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Photos + Social Media:

Evelina Beauty Salon may take photos of their clients to showcase their work on multiple social media platforms, and other marketing materials as they see fit. In some cases, personal belongings may be seen such as handbags, purses, wristwatches, jewelry, phones, etc. that may link to the person(s) in the photo. On some rare occasions, reflections from salon mirrors may also catch the aforementioned. If you do not wish to be photographed, please tell us in advance.

Denial of Service:

Evelina Beauty Salon has the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, at any time.
